4. Move Your Body: From Scrutiny to Action
Are
you tired of scrutinizing your body? Do you long for body- acceptance?
We will transform exhausting scrutiny into energizing action. You will
be inspired to design your own Body-Loving Action Plan and supported to
remain loyal to it, one day at a time! Imagine loving your body,
reagrdless.
5. Tell a New Story: From Limitation to Freedom
Is
there a story about yourself that spills out of your mouth regularly?
Same old words. Same old outcomes. Are you (and your friends) tired of
hearing it over and over again? With compassion and tenacity, we'll
identify our most entrenched personal story, compose a new one, and
practice speaking and living it!
6. Shift Your Focus: Gratitude for Ordinary Life
The
practice of “gratitude” has the capacity to lift us out of depressive
moods, resentful spirals, and judgmental swirls. As we view our lives
through the lens of gratitude, the everyday actions of cutting veggies,
paying bills, and greeting our family transform into sacred rites. Our
spirits lift, inertia dissolves, and we are present, engaged, and well.

Details:
• Circles are two hours in length via conference call on the third Saturday of the month. Sept-Dec. Circle: Sept. 19, October 17, Nov. 21, Dec. 17. Check your calendar before registering.

Circles are limited to eight women and include email interaction
between conference calls. These are focused, action-oriented,
result-based circles.
•
Patricia is a skilled Facilitator. She has designed the circle format
and interaction guide to guarantee that all participants are heard.
• Imagine a woman who values the women in her life. A woman who sits in circles of women. Who is reminded of the truth about herself when she forgets. Imagine yourself as this woman!
